will the army give you money for moving into a new house if your pcsing?

me and my husband are pcsing to a different base, that's only 4 hours away, & in the same state. he says the army will give him 1400 to move with but clearly with gas being so high, and us moving an ENTIRE house and 3 vehicles, 1400 isnt not going to be enough. the house im living at now, took 2000 for me to move into, and this was with a private renter! we have to rent due to lack of credit, and if we go to a rental agency, they will charge 3 grand plus because of factors like, no credit, and dogs. does the army factor in the cost of putting a deposit on a house or do they just ASSUME you have an extra 3 grand laying around? so lost. >_<
