Hi Greg,
I suggest you give Polly Martinis a call. They are incredibly professional and a lot of fun for any party. They will work with you on a drink menu for your party, can teach folks how to make drinks, etc. They'll make sure everything goes smoothly so you can tend to your guests. Give them a ring.
I suggest calling Best Beverage Catering. They bar tended some of our office parties and did a fantastic job. Very professional, courteous, fun. I'm not sure what type of party you're throwing, but I think they'd fit in well for both dressed up and dressed down events.
