Pretty good. Kept my place clean & very reasonably priced.
Chim Chimney (of San Carlos) did a good job for us when we bought this place two years ago. The sellers paid, so I don't remember how their pricing was.
We also used Chim Chimney and thought Keith did a good job. Pricing seemed fair, too.
